ePropulsion Navy 3.0 Evo Electric Motor with Controller

The Navy EVO Series of motors is the backbone of ePropulsion’s electric motor product line. The Navy 3.0 EVO provides efficient and clean power for aluminum small fishing boats, dinghies and small sailboats, suitable for saltwater and freshwater. Using direct-drive technology with motor located in pod, the Navy 3.0 EVO electric outboard boat motor is a 3kW motor is a 6 HP equivalent that is quiet, maintenance-free, and reliable. The Navy 3.0 EVO is a 48 V motor and can be paired with ePropulsion’s E series batteries or a 48 V bank of the user’s choice.
The communication cable is required for the Evo Side Mount Control and Evo Top Mount Remote Control.

The E-propulsion Spirit 1.0 plus has exceeded our expectations in every way! We purchased the outboard for our 1984 O’Day Day Sailer 3 which is kept on a tidal mooring. Currents can exceed 4.5 kts and we often face a 10 kt headwind leaving our mooring. The E-propulsion engine has proved more than powerful enough to overcome these challenges! … We are 100% satisfied with our purchase – highly recommended!

I used Electric Marina to plan my Nonsuch 30U electric conversion. Ceal and I had numerous phone calls—including when I was overseas—to ensure my requirements
were met. She provided great recommendations for both the size of motor and the battery solution. An electric conversion is new and can be viewed as daunting, but Ceal and Electric Marina made it very simple.
